All delayed and cancelled classes will be updated on our homepage. We try to update this area around 11pm the night before and/or by 6:30am (if an update is necessary) the next morning. We also send a text to all families who are a part of our “Remind” text messaging group. You may opt into receiving text messages from us via “Remind” text messaging app. We also post updates in our social media areas like Facebook and Twitter. (You can click on these links to view the updates, even if you do not have a social media account or are not logged on.) Of note, we do not follow Hamilton County closings but carefully evaluate weather and safety before making a decision about whether or not we will meet for classes on a given day. If we decide to meet for classes but you are coming from a treacherous area, please use caution and decide whether the risk involved is worth coming to class. If we do not meet for classes your child’s teacher will be in touch with them about their work. However, if we are having classes and you decide it is too treacherous to come to class, it is your responsibility to get your student’s work for the week from their teacher(s).
